Bun-less burgers seem to be quite the food trend lately. I’ve been seeing them all over Instagram and Pinterest, and they always look so good! I decided to try my own homemade Bun-less burger idea. I took a package of ground turkey and shaped it into patties. I then seasoned them with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt , and cooked them in a stovetop skillet layered with vegetable oil for about 20 minutes.
Most hamburgers are made with Thousand Island sauce, so in a attempt to reenact the burger taste I made a salad with thousand island and romaine lettuce. I put the cooked turkey patty on top, and topped that with guacamole dip I made with guacamole seasoning. Scroll down for photos!
