The cheesy breakfast goodness you see below was inspired by a recipe a friend and I found online. After trying it ourselves, I must say, it’s the best omelette I’ve ever had. Follow the recipe below to create your own cobb omelette for breakfast!
Cut two slices of butter and let melt in stove top pan, add two eggs, cheddar cheese, sliced avocados and grilled chicken on top of cooking eggs. Once ready, flip the egg over, add a little more cheddar cheese on top and serve!
