I’ve been a little MIA this week due to my wedding being this past Saturday. And I am proud and excited to say I am officially a Mrs.! We scheduled our wedding at 6 pm, and had a 6 hour wedding + open bar, so we knew our guests needed to eat well. Our package came with three hors d’ oeuvres and two entrees for guests to choose from. We selected the Shrimp Spring Rolls, Feta Cheese and Spinach wrapped in Phylo Dough, and Sliced Tomato on Garlic Toast with Goat Cheese and Basil for our three hors d’oeuvres. And we selected Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce and Roasted Prime Rib with Horseradish as our entrees! Scroll down to view my food photography! I took these photos during our tasting.
