A quick, easy and refreshing snack for the summer is seasoned avocado and tomato slices. Being from LA, I have a habit of including avocado with my meals. Unlike a nice greasy taco–this avocado incorporated dish is actually healthy for you. Seasoned avocado and tomatoes are a nice way to enjoy the taste of avocado–while benefiting from the vitamins both fruit contain. How much healthier does it get?
Ingredients: Avocados, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
1. Cut avocado and tomato in slices.
2. Place sliced tomatoes on top of sliced avocado and season with salt and pepper.
