Skillet Chicken Nachos
Oil bottom of skillet, chop chicken into 1/4″ pieces and cook in skillet.
Once chicken is cooked add taco seasoning, chopped onions, chopped jalapeño and kidney beans. Mix together, top with cilantro, serve nacho mixture on bed of tortilla chips.
