Kale has been a huge healthy food trend for the past couple of years. And since my wedding is around the corner, healthy eating has been a pretty big priority to me. I decided to get my kale in for the day by making a breakfast smoothie! I enjoyed the frozen drink outside while enjoying this LA summer weather. Scroll down for the recipe!
Blend 1 sliced banana (I just cut it in in half), 2 cups of Lactaid milk, a handful of kale, and 1/2 cup of ice in a blender. Enjoy your tasty smoothie!
