Labor Day weekend is here, and it’s been a great time to relax, eat, and enjoy the end of summer. I’ve had the pleasure of coming across some amazing food these past few days, and I had to share this delicious Tilapia I enjoyed at a barbecue. Recipe below!
Season tilapia with Lawry’s seasoning salt and Lemon Pepper Dash seasoning, then put the seasoned fish in a large Ziploc bag of flower (the flower should be no more than half of the Ziploc bag), and shake until fully covered in flower. Add to heated skillet and cook in olive oil on both sides for 7-10 minutes. Fried fish is always a great entree to serve at party’s or small gatherings. Enjoy!
