I’ve been a huge fan of grits since a kid. And ever since my college days in Atlanta, I’ve enjoyed the genius combination of SHRIMP and grits as a delectable meal to chow down on every now and then. My recipe for the homemade shrimp and grits below is pretty simple. I sautéed defrosted frozen shrimp in a butter covered skillet. I seasoned the shrimp with Garlic & Herb Dash Salt Free Blend and a little sea salt. Once the shrimp were completely cooked, I simply added them to my batch of buttered Quaker grits and served in a bowl.
