Working with Bojangles was an unforgettable experience. From learning how the famous franchise keeps their chicken so zesty, to witnessing the art of brushing their biscuits with butter fresh out the oven, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, and the food!
Bojangles’ fried chicken is never frozen, and marinated in seasonings for 10 hours prior to frying when ordered. They were lightly battered and very flavorful. I loved dipping them in the honey mustard sauce! Their famous Buttermilk Biscuits are made from scratch, and taste perfectly homemade. And one of my favorite “side fixins” was the Dirty Rice. It was hands down the best I’ve ever had! Tasted like it was made in New Orleans.
During my Bojangles photo shoot, I also learned that customers LOVE coming to the famous establishment for breakfast. Their Cajun Biscuit Filet and onion battered Bo Tato Rounds were my favorites.
