Maggie’s Blue Rose was a very unique Mexican restaurant, in a good way. We enjoyed the chefs creative twists to classic Mexican dishes, and found our food to be delicious. The Mole Braised Duck Taquitos were life changing. The duck was so tender, and fried perfectly with crispy tortilla shells covered in Mole Sauce. They were the best taquitos I’ve ever had, and I consider myself to be quite the taquito connoisseur. The Lobster Enchiladas were filled with tasty lobster and topped with LOTS of cheddar cheese. We enjoyed them as well. We suggest Maggie’s as a must have dining experience in Catalina! Scroll down for photos.
