Homemade Meatballs: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 large egg, beaten
Organic marinara sauce Amazon
Pour equal amounts of vegetable oil and olive oil into a 12-inch skillet to the depth of 1/4 of an inch.
Place the meatballs (made with the ingredients above) in oil and brown them on both sides.
Remove the meatballs and place them on a separate plate while you pour out the oil.
Add organic marinara sauce and stir while it heats, then return meatballs to sauce and cook on low for 25-30 minutes with cover on. Enjoy!
