There is nothing easier than letting a tender tri-tip roast cook in the oven for two hours while you relax, do house chores, live your life, etc. This fresh and easy–organic tri-tip with the right preparation–is absolutely divine.
Ingredients: Garlic salt, garlic pepper, Fresh and Easy organic tri-tip, red potatoes, A1 steak sauce
1. Season tri-tip roast with Lawry’s season salt and top it with A1 steak sauce.
2. Leave fat on bottom of roast and place on–aluminum foil covered–pan with red potatoes (seasoned with salt and garlic pepper)
3. Let bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours
Tip: Leaving the fat on bottom of roast adds to the juicy tender texture of the tri-tip. The A1 steak sauce creates a tasty gravy once your tri-tip’s cooking process is complete. Use steak knife to cut.
