Brown ground turkey in skillet
Add onions, tomato and garlic
When onions caramelize add chopped sweet potato, stir in chili pepper/ salt and pepper
Cover, stir occasionally and cook until sweet potato is tender
When sweet potato is tender top with mozzarella cheese
When cheese melts, garnish with parsley serve right out of the skillet with your favorite vegetable dish, I used broccoli.
