Fried zucchini has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. Since it’s football Sunday, I decided to experiment with my Panko Bread Crumbs to create an appetizer my family and I can snack on at home. Scroll down for the recipe!
Slice zucchini in long strips, dip in a bowl of egg yolk, then dip in bowl of Panko Bread Crumbs. Add breaded zucchini strips to medium hot stovetop and fry in Olive Oil. Flip zucchini strips until both sides are brown. Your tasty appetizers should be finished in 10-12 minutes!
Tip–Use Ranch dressing as dipping sauce!
