Football season is officially back in effect, and my husband has been glued to the tv ever since. Light snacks and dip are the perfect way to eat during an intense game, so I decided to get a new guacamole dip recipe from the Food Network website.
The needed ingredients are: 1/2 small yellow onion, 2 teaspoons kosher salt, 3 ripe Hass avocados, 2 to 4 tablespoons of chopped cilantro, 1 ripe plum tomato cored and diced, and 1/2 to 1 jalapeño (with seeds) minced.
This guacamole is as good as it looks! The jalapeño definitely gives it a nice kick. Here’s more recipe details to help you make your own batch! Guacamole Recipe: Food Network Kitchen
