Mac & Cheese
2 cups elbow macaroni noodles
1/3 cup grated Cheddar
1/3 cup grated Sharp Cheddar
1/3 cup grated Extra Sharp Cheddar
1 can Cream of Cheese Soup
1 stick butter, cut into pieces
Salt and pepper
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large pot, bring water to boil, season water with salt and cook macaroni until done, about 10 minutes
In a separate medium bowl, using a whisk, combine cream of cheese soup, eggs, salt, pepper, and milk
Use a nonstick spray for a casserole dish, then pour half of the macaroni noodles into the dish
Layer on half of cheese and place half the butter pieces on top
Layer rest of macaroni noodles and add rest of cheese and butter pieces on top
Pour mixture from bowl on top
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
