As I’m sure many of you know, Whole Foods Market basically offers a plethora of cuisine from all over the world. From seafood, burgers, Ramen, and tacos, any type of food or ethnicity you can think of, their culinary creations are served at Whole Foods.
I decided to have a taste of Mexico, since it’s Taco Tuesday and all. And I ordered three street tacos with rice and beans. They weren’t serving carne asada this particular day, so I had to improvise and order my first “slow cooked beef” taco. I must say, the beef was incredibly tender, and went well with the guacamole and onions I topped them with. The rice and beans were tasty side dishes as well!
